Frequently Asked Questions

How long do appointments last?

Each session is 60 minutes, with 10 minutes of parent consultation, collaboration, and education built into each session. However, depending on the client's need, session lengths can be altered and prorated accordingly.

What types of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, Paypal, Venmo and credit cards are all accepted forms of payment.

Do you accept insurance? What can you provide to help with “out-of-pocket” reimbursement?

Greenleaf’s services are fee-for-service, which means you pay us out-of-pocket at the time of service. We do not accept insurance at this time. A superbill will be provided at the end of each month that is pre-formatted to provide the necessary information your insurance company requires for “out of pocket” practitioners. A referring doctor or your child’s pediatrician can also provide you with a prescription for “occupational therapy evaluation and treatment” that lists an accepted “ICD-10” diagnostic code that you can also submit to insurance; doing it this way can help to identify the services as “medically necessary.” It is recommended to first contact your provider directly to determine reimbursement amounts and limitations prior to receiving any coaching/therapy.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans can be negotiated at a pre-arranged rate and scheduled prior to the initial evaluation.
