About Victoria Stevenson, M.S. OTR/L

Victoria Stevenson is an occupational therapist specializing in pediatric and transitional services. She became interested in working in transitional services as a job coach for a young adult with an intellectual disability and then as an occupational therapist working at a refugee resettlement agency where she supported recently arrived refugees with disabilities in developing independent living skills necessary to thrive in a new country. She has worked in a variety of settings including: acute care, schools, early intervention, private practice, and community-based care.

Victoria has a B.A. in History from Tufts University and a masters in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. She previously worked in tech P.R. and marketing in San Francisco. In her free time, you can find her reading, biking and exploring D.C.’s many parks.

About Katherine Florence, School Psychologist, NCSP

Kat comes to Greenleaf after a decade of experience in schools across early intervention through transition to post-secondary/independent skills. As an expert on special education policies in the area, she brings with her educational diagnostic skills across age bands. Her services include addressing the spectrum of academic, socio-emotional and behavioral skills needed for overall school readiness and success. She specializes in supporting challenging behavior and withdrawing as well as building early academic skills and closing gaps in achievement. Kat uses a variety of research-based best practices which includes pulling from ABA principles, Trauma Informed methods, and approaches to instruction tailored to the learning profile of each student. Kat believes all children benefit from using their strengths to build strong self-esteem and pride in their learning.  

About Christal Cudworth, MS, CCC-SLP

Christal is a speech-language pathologist who specializes in pediatrics. She is a well-rounded clinician who has had the good fortune of working with children and families in a variety of settings, including private practice, outpatient, hospital, and early intervention settings. She has supported families in helping their children to learn and gain skills in the areas of feeding, cognition, comprehension, and expression. I use strategies to support these skills and speech motor ability as well. She welcomes collaboration and prioritizes family concerns. In my spare time, In her free time, she enjoys adventures with her family.
